1. Explore the tool
Before you start to learn how to juggle a specific tool, try to

2. Get the instrument + guidance

- Instrument: you can make the instrument by yourself, borrow from a friend if purchase one. Sometimes buying good quality equipment that last is the best choice because it will last longer and its desighn will ease your learning

Ground rules before you start:
- Lesson Structure - the Key principals – the key principal for learning new motor skills and especially juggling is to break the movement to its basic form and then add more complex movements. Therefore when you start to learn new juggling instrument make sure that the guidance you are getting is well structured otherwise you will get confused and eventually you will waste your time and energy.
- Think! – understand the movement before trying it. Usually people rash into playing with the juggling tool with the instrument before really understanding it. The key is to understand the basic move and then start to practice.
- Basic above all – it may sound like I repeating myself over and over. But it's crucial that your basic movement will be perfect before moving to another movement. You have got to be super honest with yourself because if you won't master this basic movement you will fail practicing new tricks and be frustrated. Jumping to learning complex tricks is not relevant if you can't control them and succeed them time after time.
- Practice, take your time and practice as much as possible, patient is super important. You have to remember that we are not born with juggling skills and we need to adjust our body to the specific movement. Also remember not to be too hard on yourself, there are thing the brain gets but your body still haven’t!
- Enjoy – smile, pretend you enjoying it! Just kidding, you got to keep in mind that juggling is fun, you are playing and moving your body -enjoy it! Learning is part of the game!
4. Master the instrument
After you learned the basic movements you can start learning new
tricks and improve your juggling skills, in juggling there are endless type of
tricks, every trick can be done in many different ways. Be creative and invent
new tricks. This is the best way to challenge yourself and to improve your
juggling skills.
5. Share your juggling knowledge

Teach other how to juggle! Juggling is like a language and everyone
would like to speak it, you will find it very satisfying to teach other how to
juggle. This is the best way to get new friend and strength the connection with
